Custom Roofing Carpentry

In response to the needs of our roofing customer's and to expand Custom Contracting's presence in the Chicago home building market, we have established a full service carpentry division with our primary focus on the semi-custom home, custom home and the large scale residential remodeling marketplaces.

Following the well established guidelines of Custom Contracting, Ltd's "aggressive and sustained growth" business philosophy, which has established the various Custom companies as industry leaders in
customer care and satisfaction, our carpentry division has grown exponentially in size and scope over the last several years and has established an excellent reputation in the marketplace for high quality workmanship and dedicated responsiveness to our client's needs.

The carpentry division's scope of expertise includes all aspects of rough and trim carpentry to include conventional wood and steel stud framing, installation of all designs of wood soffit and fascia, cedar and cement based siding products, exterior wood trim details, exterior architectural millwork, exterior decks and gazebos, and installation of interior trim and cabinets.

Additionally, in order to meet the quality demands of our clients we have opted to establish carpentry
crews that specialize in what we have deemed as the four primary and distinct phases of work; framing with trussed roof, framing with "cut" roof, all of various exterior veneer and trim elements and interior trim. This approach was implemented in order to strive for the highest possible level of efficiency and quality in completing our client's projects.
